Hi know we are not a lot here to use CQG IC or Trader but did you try this new type of bar which seems to be a mix of renko and regular bar chart

And for those familiar with Mark Fisher works does it relate to his ACD system ?

I can't even seem to be able to enable it. On my QTrader it's grayed out.

How did you enable it?

I did not have it but I have not updated my system yet. Ir it is grey it means that we have to pay for it

Well, it is mentioned in QTrader's manual, which suggests it should be available by default, although it wouldn't be the first time that something mentioned in QTrader manual isn't actually available in QTrader.
