Hello & good day. I've looked around and ended up more confused then before I searched.
1) Is there an ETF* for the FTSE 100 like the SPY is for S&P 500?
2) What are the trading hours** for the London Stock Exchange like the NYSE is open 0930 to 1600 EST? Please give the times in either local London time or EST or at least identify what time zone you're using so I can figure it out for my time zone.
3) Is there an ETF* for the DAX 30 like the SPY is for S&P 500?
4) What are the trading hours** for the Frankfurt Stock Exchange like the NYSE is open 0930 to 1600 EST? Please give the times in either local Frankfurt time or EST or at least identify what time zone you're using so I can figure it out for my time zone.
*For ETFs, I'm talking only liquid issues. I don't expect the precise liquidity of SPY, just reasonably liquid. A million shares a day avg or more sound about right?
**For trading hours, I'm not talking about pre-market trading or after hours or extended hours or overnight. Just the regular business day or to put it another way, the equivalent of NYSE being open 0930 to 1600 EST.
I thank you all in advance. These questions have caused me more anxiety then I'd like to admit and I'd greatly appreciate having them settled definitively.

Answer 2. UK stock exchange hours from 8:00am-4:30pm UK time, currently, US Eastern Time +5, Central Time +6.
The German stock exchange opens one hour earlier, 7:00am UK time. Not sure about the close though.
Because of your liquidity requirement, the answer to #3 is a clear No.
The reason is simple: Most of the "small change" concerning the DAX is absorbed by assets
that are restricted for US residents, e.g. CFDs, (leveraged) certificates, warrants etc.
Eurex does open at 7.00am (Fdax) but Xetra starts rolling at 8.00am (cash index and stocks), plus a couple of minutes. Fdax close 21.00 UK, Dax cash first close 16.30, post-MOC close 16.45.
