Hello all,

I've scoured the Sierra Chart area and can't find the indicator I have in mind. It is something that ninjatrader offers and they made a nice video illustrating it, but I'm unable to post that.

It shows the cumulative bid and ask sales, from the time and sales data for the bar timeframe you are looking at.
Note the key difference between this and the "cumulative delta" offered in SC is the ability to highlight the "below bid" and "above ask" trades with a different colour, very valuable information.

Does anyone know of something close to this? If not, do you think it would be a difficult thing to code? Its an extremely useful aid for daytrading.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Cheers!

For anyone interested, the closest thing I found was the "number of trades" indicator, you just color the Bid different to the total to give you a visual impression of the difference of buying/selling pressure for each bar. Attached is an image with the number of trades plotted below.

This still doesn't include the "above ask" or "below bid" differentiation, but you can see that on the T&S anyway.
