Trisha Olgilvie has done a webinar or two here at BigMikeTrading which prompted me to dig further into this stock study in Sierra Chart

For many years I've used Thinkscripter (ToS) RSI Trading System (for more on this you can visit the website and go to Trading>> Scalping /CL or Intraday.)

Nonetheless I'm using SC now and not ToS so I have tried to mimic the script that Eric Purdy put together and came up with this study as the closest match

Using this on a one (1) minute chart I have the following settings

ATR Multiplier of 2.5 (you can go with 2.618 or..)

The other two periods are set to 34, 34 and 55, 55 (two copies of study)

The numbers are obviously Fibonacci

Anyway another study built in SC that is worthwhile for indicating trend direction, support/ resistance etc

Cheers

-William

Search under my posts in SC forum, I think it's a thread called standard deviation

The study is Jeff Augen's price spikes

Works fine for me.

The hyper link 'scalping' is to the FIO Wiki, it is not meant to be directed at the site Willee is referring to. Willee would have needed to include the full URL of that site to create a hyperlink there.
