Hi all, I'm new to Sierra chart so I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or just having a brain fart but my TF chart just stopped at 13:23 pm today. Any clues to why?

Thanks!

I had this problem until I changed to a better ISP.

Here's one possibility: Your internet connection had some packet losses that caused the data feed to stop, but since it wasn't a complete loss of signal, SC didn't see it so it didn't 'Reconnect on Failure'.

If you happen to notice that the feed has stopped, you can click on Dis, then Con to restart the feed.

This assumes you didn't have a complete internet failure and File >> Data/Trade Services Settings >> Reconnect on Failure is checked.
Or maybe you had a complete internet failure and Reconnect on Failure is unchecked.

That was it, I pressed dis/con and it worked

Thanks Tomgilb
