Hello ....

I'm looking to PAY someone to port the Amibroker code for the HURST CHANNEL to Thinkorswim. (See the code at the link below). This is a short and simple code for someone who knows how to read and code on both platforms.

The Hurst Channel provides superior support and resistance as well as market direction.

There is a very good TOS Hurst Channel on this site which was coded by "trendfriendpa", but it's parameters must be changed for every instrument and every time frame. That makes it unusable for scrolling through charts. I'm looking for a stable channel that can be used across all instruments and time frames in Thinkorswim. Even the TOS MA envelopes aren't stable across both.

Please PM me if you want to do this .............

Thank you VERY MUCH!

Thank you for your response, "platon". The Hurst Channel you linked to is the same one that is posted on this site. It's parameters must be changed for every instrument on every time frame. As good as it is for daytrading when you are trading just a few specific instruments, it can't be successfully used across multiple instruments and time frames.

The Hurst Channel for Amibroker is stable across both. I'm hoping to find someone who can code for both Amibroker and TOS, and who can duplicate the Amibroker code for TOS. It's a simple port, but I don't understand Amibroker coding yet.

I appreciate your reply.

You should ask patternsmart, they seems do scripts on all platforms.

Thank you for your response, "BruceHank". I've looked at "patternsmart" before, but it seems to me that they have copied the coding of other people's FREE work, made slight modifications such as coloring, and are trying to sell these as their own work.

For instance, I was interested in their Polynomial Regression Channel, but I could swear it's just a minimally modified code of "trendfriendpa's" Hurst Channel which he has posted on this site. (See above).

Thank you for the suggestion though. I think I'll write Amibroker for a possible referral.

I didn't suggest you to buy the Polynomial Regression Channel which I think it's very hard to use due to the repainting issue.

I thought you want to convert your code to TOS, they convert my friend's MT4 and NT indicators to TOS.

BTW, I can't say the Hurst Channel you posted above is the same as the one posted on patternsmart.
Because the one posted on patternsmart is much more smooth than your post, I don't think change colors can make such huge difference.
