I can change the vertical scale but I cannot figure out how to drag the chart vertically. Is there any way to do a vertical drag like there is horizontally?

thank you

Hold down the "Ctrl" key and use the mouse (Up and down) in the price column on the right side of the chart.

Thanks.

Additionally you can also double click in the y-axis margin to bring up the Chart Panel Properties and dial in a specific min/max y value range.

I have a free indicator that allows the chart to move freely in all directions. Anyone interested can send me a PM.

@Vincent Vega,

You can also hold the CTRL key and drag chart freely in both horizontal and vertical directions. This works in NT8.
