Todd,

The same modifications that converted NT 6.5 Range bars to NT 6.5 RangeNoGap were also used to create RangeNoGap bars from Range bars in NT7.

I have been using them in NT7 for some time now with no noticeable issues.

I am also the creator of this bar type, so I could be biased!!

RJay,

I loaded the NoGapRangeBars into NT7 and I can see it in my bin/custom/types folder along with the SBS renko bars and the wicked renko bars but for some reason the NoGapRange bars don't show up on the bar type list like the others do.

I've compiled an indicator, restarted ninja... I can see the SBS bars but the NoGapRange bars won't appear.

Any ideas?

Hi Todd,

Some of the newer bar types posted here are using chart type id's that are already in use.

This creates a conflict resulting in only one of the two getting loaded.

You need to open in an editor, all of your custom charts, "each has their own file." And do a search for "type".

Chart types id's are identified similar to "Custom0" or "Final4"

Each must be unique. Duplicates need to be given a different id.

Choices are Final0 thru Final4, or Custom0 thru Custom9.

Compile and restart NT to display all types.

Thanks RJay,

Sorry to be ignorant...what do you mean by "open in an editor"?

I know how to go to "tools - edit ninjascript" but I don't see bar types listed there. I can go to explore and find the custom/bin/types folder with the bar types inside but I don't know what you mean by "open an editor".
