Hello all,
I am currently running simulations on the ES using NinjaTrader 7. I am Using volume price (spread) analysis with tick charts, as that makes more sense to me than other methods I have looked at.
I would like to be able to use keyboard shortcuts to do the following:
- Write the volume of any price bar I select onto the chart, above the bar for bull bars and below the bar for bear bars. For example 2.49 (for say 2,290).
- The volume of any bar I select added to the volume of the previous bar. If above the bar, it would be written TOV 6.2 (topping out volume 6,200), or if below the bar SOV 5.9 (stopping out volume 5,900).
- I should be able to select any that have been written and hit delete to remove.
Are there any indicators like this that I could probably adapt?
I am currently doing it by using manual calculations and then inserting the figures with the NT text editor, which can sometimes mean I miss some entries.
