Ok, So I need an indicator modified. I would like to have the JMANoRepaint indicator modified to include user selectable colors for bars above/below the line.

Can someone help me with this?

For user selectable colours you need to add:

define a color under variables, for example
 
private Color aboveLine = Color.Magenta; 
 
use the color to paint your bar
 
if (BarIsAboveLine)
BarColor = aboveLine;
 
and then set the properties of your color
