It seems you are very new to crude oil ?

1. Who's or what performance do you want to analyse ?
- if you want to analyse your own performance, your trading platform
will provide you insight on your performance, your broker might also
provide you additional metrics/statistics
- if you are looking on the market in general, you might going through
a number of quantitative data sites
- if you are looking at any other performance, it depends on what you
are looking for

2. Can you elaborate on what you exactly understand on 'reselling' ?

3. You can look at correlation between CL and E6 an other currencies
you will see some correlation. The CL future trades is trading in the
US$ currency.
