What are Don Miller Sequences?

Just curious if anyone has figured out what a Don Miller "sequence" is?? I've read the ENTIRE blog a few times and been in and out of his posts for years, but I have yet to see where he actually describes what he means by a 'sequence'. Best I could do is guess that the first pullback on the 5m is step 1, but still very vague. I get that there are no special setups, but just curious what he means by this constant reference. Also, and unrelated...who actually believes that there is 'retail' …

Every tick is thousands of institutional contracts...ok...probably hijacked my own thread so please respond to my first question before flaming the second Thanks in advance!
