PowerZone BarAnalyzer NT7 indicator issues

I have been using PowerZone Trading--Bar Analyzer Vol Profile indicator which runs $49 a month. I have been using 8range bars on the ES. I have been having a reoccurring issue that the screen image scrambles and the price seperates ffrom the bid/ask vol. bars. I have attached 2 screen shots of the issue... which occurs often when I am at the screen and then switch away to another chart--then when I switch back its mis-aligned. Has anyone else had experience with this indicator???? wonton
