Hi guys! First off, I would like to say that I appreciate this forum very much for having such helpful people! Its a great place to have my random questions answered and am very grateful..

I am mainly trading GC and CL and plan to stick to those two products for quite some time. I am wondering.. when does GC and CL on average have the craziest volume days?

For example,

CL seems to move the most and ahve the most volume usually on Tuesdays and Wednesdays due to the crude stock and gas news that comes up..

What days does does GC seem to move the most? Im talking about when it comes to the weekly forecasts and announcements that go on every week. Your answers will be greatly appreciated !
