Need a Ninjatrader programmer for a simple strategy

Hi,

I'd like to hire a Ninjatrader programmer to build a very simple automated strategy for me.

Enter a long trade when the current bar's Volume Profile POC (Point of Control) is higher than the previous bar's POC.
Enter a short trade when the current bar's POC is lower than the previous bar's.
Keep reversing the trade until my preset Profit Target or Stop Loss is met.
