Missing Tick Data

Hi All, I am having a frustrating problem with tick data charts suddenly losing historical data in NinjaTrader using IB TWS as a data supplier. Yesterday, I opened ES and NQ charts to find all historical data missing. I tried using the Historical Data Manager to delete and then reload the tick data for the entire contract ES-0615 and I only get current data when I reload, not back data for the time period specified - 20 days. Oddly, I am having no problems at all with minute data. Any advice would be greatly …
