One buy signal from multiple time frames

Hi, I'm very inexperienced at coding & would like to know how can I code this strategy: Buy when price crosses below 10ma or 15ma on either a 20 or 30 minute chart? Also, where's the code supposed to be entered in NinjaTrader? Do I go into the strategy wizard and click "view code"? Thanks!
