I was wondering if anyone has the same issues that I have ...
I have a fast computer with plenty of RAM and SSD drives. I also have a robust internet connection with transfer speeds of 150 mbps.
I will have a connectivity issue with TWS, then I will have a hole in the multicharts data. I have tried to reload the data in multicharts with no success. After an eposide even the bid ask price is off in multicharts. I have not been able to come up with any other answer to restore the system other than deleting multicharts and reinstalling it. This is becoming an issue as I will have to restore the system twice a week or so.
Beyond this is my real issue of lossing confidence in my platform. I need to have the confidence that the data is dead on, and that my executions even more so. I had an episode occur when I was in a trade last week and it really scared the hell out of me.
Dont get me wrong, I love multicharts... I hate the brokers charts... I really need to fix the connectivity issue with TWS.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
I would suggest to connect to the live chat during week days. The MC help staff should be easily detect any issues in your configuration - if there are any.
