Housing bubble.
Just think of all those people in nice suits and crisp white shirts. sitting at their desks approving those housing loan packets of mortgage bundles. I guess when you get a well paid suit job, integrity doesn't have to matter that much. Perhaps it's different, you just have paperwork crossing your desk that your boss wants you to approve. Never have been in that sort of position.
