I have a chart with a ask vol vs bid vol indicator on it.. I want to color some of the bars on the STUDY and not the main graph based on a formula I have ...

Can I color a bar in the study versus the coloring a main graph bar and if so how will I do it?

Thanks,

Wolf

Yes, you can.

On the color bar study:

-Set the Based On to the Ask/Bid study
-Set the Chart Region to the same as the Ask/Bid study
-Set the Output When Condition True to Use Input Data
-Set the Input Data to High
On the Alerts tab, this example formula:
=ID1.SG2>1000
where ID1 is the Ask/Bid study, and SG2 is the High.

-The Color Bar study must be below the Ask/Bid study in the Studies to Graph list.
