Journal and external journal

Hi, i have a trading journal that is based on Wordpress (that i do not post here for avoiding self-promotion) and i would like to find the best way to post the most meaningful entry (or the entire journal eventually) to futures.io (formerly BMT). I wondering if there is any best practice for that or any recommended way.
