Sometime recently this problem started. My chart template hasn't changed in a year or more, so it's something else. Build 1199.

Everything works fine during RTH, then after hours the chart plots a 0.00 price. It's a historical chart, not intraday. There are no session times. When the market opens tomorrow morning (RTH) it will fix itself.

Extremely annoying.

Suggestions? Reloading doesn't fix.

Mike

I dont have a solution, but a similar problem, that might be related.

any market (GC, CL, NQ FDAX)

I use session times.

The problem occurs on intraday(1d) and Daily(D) bars.

no problem during RTH.

After the close the bar of the last day doubles.
You see today and a fictitious tomorrow.
Both bars are identical.

the next morning the problem is gone.

I dont know when this started, but it was a while back (months).
It did not interfere with my trading, so I ignored it.

I will post a pic when it happens again.

here are Notes with the problem:

I have seen this also, seems to have to do with DTN feed for me. I suspect either the settlement price or the goofy new settlement session must be causing the issue. When these new sessions started is when I started seeing this issue. It always fixes itself, so when the feed sends a new updated snapshot thru, it gets resolved, but it needs to get fixed.

Is anyone seeing this with another feed?

Are you referring to my issue or @puma's?

I happened to be staring at my charts just now, and at exactly 4:45pm central the chart went fubar and plotted zero. Prior to 4:45pm it was fine. Looks like @aslan is right about the cause, now just need a fix.

Build 1200 problem still exists. I've reported to SC support.
