I hear some traders like to subscribe to audio feeds of the futures pits they are trading because it gives them another dimension to get a feel of the market. Does anybody here use "pit audio" or "squak box" feeds in their trading? If …
Has a link to the S&P 500 pit/audio, but I was hoping to find some audio for the crude oil pit. Does anyone have recommendations?
I have not tried this although I've been meaning to. It is some sort of electronic system, I believe based on the tape. I think sounds are sent to indicate buy or selling and how much is taking place. They have them for many markets including CL.
It's kind of like my Pace of Tape indicator. I've been running both and they seem to go off around the same time. There's is a bit more responsive and seems to show the intensity. I'd like to improve the POT indicator so if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
Hey Mike! Check out https://www.crudesquawk.com. I have been a member for awhile now and find the squawk/pit audio to be informative without being annoying.
