Ninja Trader Live Data Issue

Ninja Trader Live Data Issue

I am using the latest version of NT with data from Continuum for ES and Barchart for SP500.

Everything was working fine until today. Now I can only get live data from either Continuum or Barcharts, but not both at the same time. I have to disconnect one in order to get a live data feed on the other.

I contacted NT support several times and tried different things with no success. My last option is to uninstall NT and download again, but I was hoping I did not have to do that and start all over reconfiguring all my charts again.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi @FrankC How do you know if you are getting live data from both? If the "connection" is green lower left hand corner of "control center" and you are connected to both(meaning both are green).
It also depends upon which markets you are subscribed to for each data-feed.

You should connect to Continuum first, then to BarChart. In any case, PM me your NinjaTrader support ticket # so I can investigate the matter.
