Hello,

I recently started doing a some work-outs (cardio, power, bicycle) to get back in better shape,
sitting behind the screen with coffee of coke, quickly generates a big of extra tummy... :-(

But i noticed it gives me also a better mental shape, being able to concentrate
better and having a sharper mind..

Any trades who went through the same path ?

Looking forward to read about other experiences...

I would not say it is the result of more intense workout
but for sure i feel fitter and healthier
more alert on my trades
