trade fills not showing on AMP statement

I have recently started trading ES using NT and have had issues with filled trades not sowing on my daily AMP statements. Has anyone experienced this that can offer some advice on best action to take and/or offer possible explanation?
I am not that happy with customer service at AMP any suggestions for broker options?

Is it possible you were on SIM? Try the Ninja support and see if they can help you determine if you made live trades or not. My AMP statement is always accurate.

OK, when you sign up you are asked for your current physical location in huge/bold/red letters and explained why this is needed. You answered San Francisco which was false.
