Should rithmic users be concerned about direction of Ninjatrader
In new ecosystem I am only seeing one broker offering rithmic which is AMP. So does this mean if I ever want to change brokers AMP will be my only choice if want to use rithmic?
Is NT moving towards one data provider only in CQG?
"The day I became a winning trader was the day it became boring. Daily losses no longer bother me and daily wins no longer excited me. Took years of pain and busting a few accounts before finally got my mind right. I survived the darkness within and now just chillax and let my black box do the work."
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
You can but soon no new clients can use Optimus and NT only if you are grandfathered in. I use Optimus now and am very happy with Optimus service etc.... So my question is directed at potential limitation of choices in future for brokerages and those wanting to use rithmic.

If you are an existing user, you can always use NinjaTrader through Rithmic at any broker/FCM that supports Rithmic. New users will be able to use Rithmic through NinjaTrader Brokerage within a few weeks.
@liquidcci, I've been trying to find the verbiage from NT that says outside brokers will soon be limited in what they can offer much like what you've noted above and in the other NT brokerage thread. I've not been able to find that its that drastic. Admittedly the number of supported brokers dropped pretty dramatically but still, I've not been able to find where they say no new clients for other brokers.....I'm pretty curious about this so is it possible you could post in this thread the language you've seen that hints at this? I'd appreciate it very much.
I'm still reserving judgement on how this will affect me in particular and the NT community at large. I see both pros and cons....your issue is a large one and so thats why I'm asking for specifics.

Hey @PandaWarrior I had originally heard that but then it was confirmed via @NinjaTrader on another thread see quoted post below.

So essentially NEW customers will have to use one of the brokers from the smaller list. All other brokers will not be able to offer NT. Thats how I read it.....
