For plot executions on ninja.. is there a way I can make the text appear bigger or maybe a way off adding and arrow or something to make it stand out more.

Yes, you can change the font type/size via the chart properties icon. Changing the font size/type affects all text on the chart.
You add another arrow if you wish, located in the drawing tools.
