As I am considering RJO as well, I would be interested in the experiences of others as well,

Genius will not ... Unrewarded genius is almost a proverb.
Education will not ... The world is full of educated derelicts.

Hi Joseph and to everyone that have read my thread,
Her is my update/conclusion:
1) I have IM privately with several traders about RJO and also spoke with a RJO broker and his commission is way too high compared to other brokers we know.
2) Zaner has not replied back to my 2 e-mails. I have no idea if they are still in business.
I am with Zaner Group. Have been for about 2 years. No real complaints. Nothing fancy, low commissions and margins. I use the Transact feed and it is OK. I am rural and can only get 6 Mbps connection and transact recommends 10 Mbps. This causes me to get a data freeze sometimes but not too often. Adam Packard is my broker there. Not promoting him just providing a name if you want to try contacting them again.
I have often been in contact with people at Zaner. I have a very good trading friend who trades with them quite regularly. I do not have my accounts there but I would recommend them to anyone who is considering it.
