Back in the mid-80's a friend of mine in Reseda, Ca. used what HE called "chopsticks" to predict market movements, by using them on various market charts.
What his "chopsticks" were looked like a simple compass (pointer and pencil?) that were made out of 2 small dowels with were pointed on both ends and joined somewhere near the middle with a metal pin. Simply said - if you took a pair of 1/4 inch wood dowels and sharpened them then pined them together at a specific point near their middle you'd have what I'm talking about.
This simple tool can be used, with some degree of accuracy, to predict the limits of up and down movements in the market, when applied to various market charts. REALLY!
Trouble is I don't know at what point to join them!!!
Does anyone know about this cool little tool and can you tell me the ratio at where the pivot point should be on this tool? I'm sure than if my buddy knew about it that someone else HAS to know about it.
