Hi all,
I was wondering if there are Excel backtesting templates somewhere on the forum. I did a search and could only find trading journals that track stats on trades.

i am also interested

i am using fxsolutions Mexcel to bring data in from MetaTrader 4 (forex) which is working out great. i would pay for an excellent backtesting add-in.

will post back if i find anything

I have something that I built. It's for a long-short strategy. You input ones and zeros for long and short positions, respectively. It then compares the results with the underlying....

It is rough, but I'd be more than happy to share if you want to provide feedback...
