Pricemeasuerement btween an indicatormovement

I was wondering if there is some kind of an indicator wich can measure the number of ticks the price is making between for example the RSI cross above the 30 line and hits the 70 line. Does somebody know this kind of an indicator? Or is somebody able to code it? Cheers Axel
