Programmatically yes. But if your question is not programming based, then no. You can use the indicator wizard in Ninja to do a simple program and i think your idea can be simply done in the wizard.
There are a lot of indicators in the download section that have been enhanced with sound, indications and various outputs but you would need to become an elite member to access them. As an elite member you would also have the opportunity to post your request in the thread that solicits creating the indicator, for free.
