I currently download the free version of Ninja Trader an the free package of OFA Analytics.
After following the 2 Tutorials i try to display the OFA indicators as they did in the tutorial on a ES globex chart.
I 'm taking the data through my IB account but i still can't display the graph. If someone have an idea ?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Edouard
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Are you able to connect to IB for your Level II data with NT7? I have never used the free version of NT7 for more than a day before purchase so I could get data and trade.
Also there are restrictions to IB data which may not work with OFA unless you have a paid for version of NT7; provided OFA is also using IB Data for demo. I don't remember them saying that it would work with IB Data...
Attaching chart that may help you in future with NT7.
I finally find out how to display the order flow chart with ninja trader free license. One thing i still failed to setup up is the Volume cluster(Green or red zones) is there someone knowing how to do ?
Many thanks,
Edouard
The following user says Thank You to eddysmc for this post:
Good for you in loading up OFA onto Ninja and IB.
One thing - the red and green zones are only in the paid version.
I have a free version for now, but will buy the paid one- it is worth it.
If you join their analysis room for 99.$/mn. they can help teach you to
use it.
But- it definitely is NOT a call - out trading room. They only give out ideas
where support and resistance is.
I've only been there a week , and they are quite accurate; and she has
been there for 5 years now.
Very important point- IB does not have very good data for using the OrderFlow charts-
I have both IB and IQ-feed and IQ-has the most accurate data out there.
The numbers are not quite the same and I guarantee you will make poor entries using
IB (averaged) data. If you want to make a living by trading - get the IQ feed.
It's like wanting to be a painter- you eventually have to go out and buy some brushes !!

I find their morning commentary fills in the gaps in my logic -- I need
to make better trade decisions.
But remember their room does NOT tell you when to enter or exit trades- they
expect you to learn your own style using the ORDER flow data.

One great thing is they don't chatter all day long- it's quiet and they say Just the Facts!
Cheers,

The website is OrderFlowAnalytics.com I seen a little webinar for them selling there system. It seems pretty cool, they say volume leads price. They have this certain volume indicator that they made. I was wondering if there was anyone here who actual …
