Hi all

I have a few people running Ninja + eSignal and having problems with the depth. In short, it does this:



Gaps appear in the depth that aren't really there. This is with eSignal 10.6.2124 installed as per the NinjaTrader eSignal connection guide.

These gaps do not appear when using another feed, nor do they appear from eSignal apps.

Is this a rarely used config? I've seen this a few times recently but I am fairly certain I've also seen it work about 9 months ago when I was looking at eSignal + Ninja and I had a trial feed.

Ninja seem to think it is a bug in their application but then say it's not going to be fixed until NT8 for which there is no date

"[02/10/2013 15:51:58] NinjaTrader_xxx: Hi Peter, we checked it out and my support team agreed, we consider it a bug and is being addressed for NT 8."

The customer in question came back with

""That’s an amazing response! Their own DOM is screwed up when using one of their listed data feeds!""

I'm inclined to agree with him.

So - is this a case where no-one is using it? Or are others having a bit more luck with it? I was thinking that maybe there was some configuration under which this actually worked OK, although I'm no sure what to try.

Been using Esignal for about a month now and to be honest I'm not convinced with their data feed. What you're describing seems to happen with their own platform, as well as a few other oddities on their trade manager. Currently in the process of moving to Ninja + Kinetick so I hope that's better.
