Gom Volume Ladder problem

I´ve installed everything as instructions say, but can´t get candlesticks as shown in examples.
I downlodadet files with recorded information but don´t know where to inform those files are, as I think thats the reason of my errorCan anybody help me??
I´m attaching a screen of wath I get.

Assuming you have GOM data files downloaded from someone/somewhere for the date and time you are displaying on your chart, by default GOM will look for them in your \My Documents folder.

To steer the writing and reading of files into another folder, you need an environment variable created; here's how it would look in Windows 7, once you create this environment variable; in this case, I am storing them in C:\GomFolder.
