I just checked here and I have SIZ3 this is "Silver 5000 OZ DEC 2013" currently trading at 21.890. What are your contract specifications? I don't know much about the silver contracts, but 2,313.00 seems too high as this would correspond to 500000 OZ.
Yes, these were the settings I had in mind. I just wanted to rule that out as a cause for issues. They are the same that my QM shows here. I am afraid, but if the data from the same datafeed displays correctly in NT is wrong in MC with correct settings the problem seems to be coming from MC.
You wrote that "support said that it is correct" was this the CQG or MC support?
1. CQG sends the data out wrong. NT manipulates the data to display it correctly. MC displays the data as it comes in (which the software should do in my opinion).
2. CQG sends the data out correct. NT displays it correct. Then there would have to be an issue within MC that makes it display the data wrong.
It would be interesting to know how CQG sends the data out.
