Please can someone advise if there is an indicator that would show price or volume exhaustion?

The VSR indicator might be what you want. It shows price/volume exhaustion patterns: . Its in the elite section.

And for an overbought/oversold oscillator R value charts is pretty good: TradingStudies.com - ValueCharts

You could try Demark's TD Sequential, TD Combo or TD Propulsion

Right now, those authorised indicators are available on Bloomberg and CQG. Reuters carries some but not to the extent of the other two.

There is one on Ninjatrader for td Sequential which is ok. There is apparently an old version of TD Sequential on Tradestation.

Programming it would be the other option.
