Mass import markets to NinjaTrader

I wanted to import all needed info for stocks on specific exchanges but don't know where to get the info from. I kind of know how to import it into NT but need to know how/where to get all the field data so I can map in csv file to upload.

Any insight would be very helpful and appreciated.
