How many of you guys are spreading?

Are you using CQG or TT, or something else? I know CTS is introducing their Autospreader soon with server side execution.

What have you found to be the biggest obstacles?

Suggestions for dipping a toe in the water in this arena?

Thx.

Mike

Spreading is the best way to trade futures. it's the best way to trade anything. working out which of the set is outperforming the other (have only spread two products).

The reason why it's so good is because once you have the spread charts relevant to what you're doing they work perfectly for just trading outrights or straight reversals, without having to trade both legs.

I used CQG during a trial period, but could not afford to keep it as a retail trader. I know this thread isn't recent but I wanted to share my 2c

David.
