Better late than never....Well traded both CL and GC today. Was feeling calm and my anxiety level was low. However, I only took single contracts all day and never really hit any runners. I'm not sure if I was trading scared or that the market was not moving the way I'm used to trading it. I'll know tomorrow. Only a couple trades in Gold then concentrated on Oil.. Here is my list of trades. Net $630 on the day.
