Does anyone know if there is a Ninjatrader add on that will display time and sales in Milliseconds and Micro Seconds ?

NT7 natively does not support anything lower than 1.0 second resolution. NT8 will support resolution down to DateTime.Tick.

However, I believe vvhg could modify his existing T&S tool to do it based on local clock time (not exchange timestamps). Use this thread to ask:
