max lot size how to put in a ea?

Hello, I want to put maxlotsize in mine Ea. Im not a programmer so can you explain how to do this in easy way? tnx for helping me out I have this extern double MaxLots = 0.08;? what do i need to add more in the EA? is this the right command?
