Measuring Woodies CCI difference

Hello, I am trying to find a way to measure the difference the Woodies CCI Value against the Turbo CCI value. Is there anything out there that could be used to measure those two values? I would like to see when the Turbo gets to it's maximum distance away from the CCI, possibly set up an alert when it gets to a certain level. Thanks for any direction. Dave
