First let me tell you today's story (I really need to get it off my chest :) )
I made a killing this morning shorting gold (an unusual big win for me) than started over-trading and gave back half of my winnings. I realized I was pushing it too hard so I went to lunch and had a 1 hour walk. It felt great, so when I got back and saw more good opportunities I started trading again. I made back all the money I lost with over-trading. And then I just couldn't bear to lose any more so I stopped trading altogether. I felt really stressed to trade more, although I could have won more. I went for another 1h walk and decided not to trade for today, so the profits are kept.
So my question is how do you manage stress? How do you keep calm?
I sure like to avoid stressful situations and today was also a good lesson not to over-trade but still, if you get into a situation like this, what do you do?

ps.: I almost forgot to mention the pearl-flavored beer I had as a reward after being done with trading for the day LOL. Best one I had in a while. :D
