Have you or anyone else read Dark Pools by Scott Patterson? If not, its super interesting!! It provides a perspective on markets that I think very few people knew about.
Anyone talking about trading in millionths, billionths or trillionths of a second...?

I've started reading 2 chapters of the book.
A bit heavy for a beginner but interesting insight.
I read from another source about Haim Bodek who is a HFT insider who claims about many brokers are selling order flow to HFT. I wonder if this is true. If so, this is a rigged system. I wonder if anyone knew which broker(s) is/are selling our orders.
Correction: He mentioned that many brokers are selling retail orders to either dark pools or what he mentioned as "Internalization", and not directly to the exchanges. (Not to HFT). I wonder if this is true.
I don't know how to reference a link here. Do a google search for "For Superfast Stock Traders, a Way to Jump Ahead in Line" which is at WSJ online for a good insight.
I think he is talking about those unfair advantages over many other investors which include HFT.
