NET=Neuro Emotional Technique. This is not EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique, but another method that is similar. I don't think NET can be done on your own.

The idea is to seek out the emotional blockage in the body. After some discussion with the practitioner a series of questions along with muscle testing is performed. The muscle testing is along the lines of muscle testing that some Chiropractors do. I think it is Kinesiology based. I think points are used in conjunction with the muscle testing. I think the points are related to Acupuncture points. I was wondering if anyone as any knowledge or experience with NET.
