Daily Value plotted on Intraday charts

I'm trying to accomplish the following: On a daily basis, calculate a factor: ATR(3) * (.2) On an intraday chart, plot a horizontal line at that days OPEN + (ATR(3) * .2) I'm simply stunted... Cheers, Hank
