I have a quite "phylosophical" question. I have NT and Zen Fire, both licensed, not demo. When I open
a chart and request, for instance, 7000 days for 1 minute 6E ##-## instrument, I get historical data until 2005 aprox.
Provided that I think Zen Fire do not have historical 1 minute data for more than one month (I think), from
where I get the rest of the data? It is from NinjaTrader servers? And if this is the case, is there any list of futures
that are getting "served" by those servers (for instance, when I try to do the same with HO ##-## I can not get historical data)?
Un saludo,
Pablo
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
NinjaTrader provides the hardware and software, Zen Fire provides the data. It's an agreement between them. NinjaTrader provides this data to Zen Fire customers using NinjaTrader, but if you are using another broker/data feed then you don't get to use the data.
There isn't a list to my knowledge, only that "the most popular products" are being recorded. You can send an email to support@NinjaTrader.com to ask them to add a product, but even if they agree it will only start from today forward.
