I used Market Delta for about 6 months and RT Investor for about 9.
2) What are your favorite features of Investor/RT or MarketDelta?
Easy to use/read Market Profile, Volume Profile (something unique to these platforms), and ease of use.
3) What are some must-have deal breaker features in Investor/RT or MarketDelta that you could not do without?

4) Do you use Investor/RT or MarketDelta in simulation mode only, or do you place live trades with it?
I don't place trades through the charting platform. Trades are taken live in X-Trader.

Discretionary
6) How easy/hard was it for you to learn to use Investor/RT or MarketDelta?
Easy, although I've used numerous platforms so may have an advantage there.
7) How do you rate Investor/RT or MarketDelta's customer service/support, assuming you have needed to use it?
The few times I've used it the service/support was prompt, accurate, and helpful
8) Do you believe Investor/RT or MarketDelta is competitively priced?
Yes. I would use MarketDelta even though it is more expensive, but I don't use the Footprint which is why I stopped subscribing to MD and switched to RT Investor (basically same platform without the Footprint).
9) How do you rate the community support that exists for Investor/RT or MarketDelta?
Excellent. There are a number of traders I respect and follow who provide chart samples, and discussion on how to use the platform.
1) How long have you been using Investor/RT or MarketDelta?
----> more than 3 years (Investor/RT only)
2) What are your favorite features of Investor/RT or MarketDelta?
----> there are plenty - as the platform has a toolbox with a lot of gems. I am using customizable MarketProfiles, Ichimoku Charts, automated trade execution and many more. Most important - the product is always developed
after the wishes of clients - discussed in a special forum
3) What are some must-have deal breaker features in Investor/RT or MarketDelta that you could not do without?
----> The built-in RTL programming language - not easy to learn - but there are hundreds of helpful videos that make
it easy to build your own indicators / signal / alarm / mail execution and many more
4) Do you use Investor/RT or MarketDelta in simulation mode only, or do you place live trades with it?
----> Using to have both - the big picture and of course executing orders out of the chart
5) Are you a discretionary trader or an algorithmic trader? How does Investor/RT or MarketDelta help you with this?
----> Using it for both activities - easy to get in-depth information as well as executing orders to the broker out of any chart
6) How easy/hard was it for you to learn to use Investor/RT or MarketDelta?
----> it uses quite a lot of experience - but for any level there are most supportive videos made by Chad Payne (most of them) plus a excellent support library to find easily the answer to most of the questions
7) How do you rate Investor/RT or MarketDelta's customer service/support, assuming you have needed to use it?
----> Customer support is very important for the creator of Investor/RT - the responses are very fast. Finding solutions
for presented problems are very quick. Must rate this direct contact/solution oriented approach very high

----> have not compared other products - so the price is not first. But the service if needed is priceless!
9) How do you rate the community support that exists for Investor/RT or MarketDelta?
----> There are many ways to communicate with the developers as other users - over the program itself with integrated
chat possibility - special forum to see other members inputs - twitter info to see new features and videos - beta testing
for advanced users to name a few
To make a last statement: the product has risen in a very short time (around 3 years) from a charting program to a high tech toolbox which can be used by trader of any level

I'm not certain, since I've spent some time jumping between IRT and Sierra, but I believe that I've been using it for a year now.
2) What are your favorite features of Investor/RT or MarketDelta?
Above all else, volume profile.
No other platform is able to offer what they offer.
3) What are some must-have deal breaker features in Investor/RT or MarketDelta that you could not do without?
Volume profile. Since I use another platform as my main one, I only use IRT for volume profiling although I've been exploring it a bit more every day. It's really a powerful chart platform.

Simulation only.

I'm a discretionary trader.
Their volume profile and volume breakdown studies have been essential in my strategy.
6) How easy/hard was it for you to learn to use Investor/RT or MarketDelta?
Not that easy. Initially I found the software a bit cumbersome and many options were a bit odd to deal with. But with time you get used to it and now it's like second nature.
7) How do you rate Investor/RT or MarketDelta's customer service/support, assuming you have needed to use it?
A 5 star service. Chad is amazing. Is always available to help you.
Another thing that is priceless is their videos. Best manual ever.
8) Do you believe Investor/RT or MarketDelta is competitively priced?
Paying $70 a month to have volume profile and volume breakdown is quite cheap regarding IRT but I cannot say the same thing regarding MarketDelta. I really can't understand their price plan.
Last time I checked they charged $129 a month only for the footprint chart. If you wanted also volume profile and volume breakdown studies you would have to pay another $20 a month, making a total of $149 a month which I find a bit overpriced, specially when we compare it with Sierra which charges only $45 a month for the same studies. Truth be told, Sierra studies are not so versatile as IRT/MD but they do deliver what they promise and that, in the end, is what most traders want.
9) How do you rate the community support that exists for Investor/RT or MarketDelta?
I confess that I know very little about the community. They don't have a forum on their website so most questions are directed directly to support.
If I become half a percent smarter each year, I'll be a genius by the time I die

I'm curious, do you think IRT and MD are preferable to Rancho Dinero, and that is the reason for not including the latter in your survey?

Dont use either for placing trades-used Market delta a few times for placing trades and they charge extra for that-i am not a tick scalper so using my dom is ok

Not that hard, initially its overwhelming but lots of support and definitions are available online and plenty of videos too-once you get the hang of it its amazing

A1 - havent really needed their help but they r very quick to respond
